REIA Business Members are an integral part of REIA, both to the Association and the general REIA Membership. Our Members rely on each of you as valued resources for products and services vital to their growing businesses. Our Association relies on each of you to provide the Membership with important team members that can help them on their way to achieving success in their endeavors, provide educational resources if you elect to and for financial support that keeps our growing Association strong. REIA provides you with advertising mediums and information to make your businesses known to our Members and Guests as well as provide online and in-person exposure to help your growing business succeed!

Get your business in front of real estate investors and other small businesses. As a REIA Business Member you have a number of advertising avenues available to you at no additional cost beyond your Annual Dues.

Annual Dues are very affordable. REIA Single Member Business Memberships are $299 per Membership year. REIA Standard Business Memberships, for up to three people from the same business and location, are $339 per Membership year. There are no monthly costs. Additional Memberships for others at your office are $99 per person. All dues are for your Membership Year from the date you join until the same date the next year.

Business Memberships have been included in the REIA Ambassador Program from now until September 30, 2026! If you have self-referred to REIA, you can currently get "REIA Bucks" for your own referral at the time of joining. Included in marketing opportunities outlined above, your marketing materials - pens, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. - are promoted on the REIA Networking Tables at the REIA Main Meeting and at REIA Chapter Meetings in Everett, Seattle and Tacoma whether you attend each of those meetings or not.
