Fellow REIA Member John Stavros of Bio Management Northwest joins us to provide education on a topic he is well familiar with: Hoarder Houses!
It doesn't take long for a real estate investor to run across a hoarder house. They come in varying degrees of severity from an overcrowded property to a hazardous environment, from "simple" cleanout to a significant overhaul.
Our expert speaker, whose hoarder cleanups have been featured on the A&E television show Hoarders, will guide you through the unique psychology of working with hoarding situations. You will discover how to readily spot a hoarder house, handle sensitive negotiations, close the deal with or without the home's contents, and manage the realities of property cleanup.

• Registration is now open! This meeting is available to REIA Members and Non-Members with registration.
• Prepayment Required.This meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests will be billed $25 for the Non-Member Event Fee at the email address within your registration. Payments are due no later than 4:00 PM on meeting day and may be fully applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or before the meeting.

This Tacoma REIA Chapter Meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests are welcome and attend for $25 with registration, all of which may be applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or prior to the meeting. A payment link will be sent by email to those registered and have an event fee owing. All attending are welcome to utilize the AI Prompt Lab. We'll be in the same meeting room and will meet during the networking hour between 6 and 7 PM, before our speaker's talk from 7 - 9 PM.
Please see important registration and prepayment deadlines above. We are sorry but those who have not registered and, when applicable, prepaid this meeting will not be able to attend. No exceptions can be made. Refunds are permitted up until 48 hours before the event start then all event fees are non-refundable.
