The REIA Wholesalers Roundtable is a follow-up discussion group exclusively for those who attended the most recent REIA Wholesaling Class.
The class may be over, but now comes the exciting part: putting what you learned into action! This Roundtable gives class attendees an opportunity to come back together, learn more, get questions answered as they arise, expand on topics covered during the class, and use the group to hold themselves accountable as everyone moves forward.
What have you tried? What worked? What didn't? What questions came up once you actually put what you learned into practice?
Whether you've made progress, encountered obstacles, received good responses, bad responses or no responses at all, bring your experience back to the table. Even the bad responses can be building blocks that move you closer to “yes.”
Haven't started yet? Still trying to sort out the process, find data sources, carve out time in your schedule, or just trying to work up the nerve to start something new? That's OK, too.
We'll review and expand on material from the Wholesaling Class as needed, discuss participants' progress and challenges, exchange ideas and experiences, and help one another determine practical next steps. This is also an opportunity for participants to remain accountable for continuing the work they started in class.
The Wholesalers Roundtable is available to those who attended the most recent REIA Wholesaling Class. Space is limited; registration on this website is required to attend. All registrants will receive a confirming email before the meeting with specific location information.
Registration, Prepayment and Cancellation Deadlines
- Registration is now open! This meeting is complimentary and available exclusively to those who attended the most recent REIA Wholesaling Class.
- Prepayment. No payment is required to register or attend.
- Cancellation Policy. If you have registered to attend and your plans change, please cancel your registration through the link on the calendar page of this website by the Cancellation Cutoff Date and Time, below, to make room for another up-and-coming Wholesaler. Not cancelling by the indicated date and time will incur a cancellation fee of $25, also detailed below.
- Thursday, October 22nd. Registration closes at 1 PM or when the meeting is full, whichever comes first.
- Thursday, October 22nd. Meeting day! Plan to arrive at 5:45 PM. Due to the nature of this meeting, there is no networking hour and the group will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Bring your questions!

Sorry, the REIA Wholesalers Roundtable is not open to the general REIA Membership or Public.
