Wholesaling, or Assignment of Contract, is a tool that real estate investors at all levels of education and experience often utilize in their businesses. Wholesalers don't typically pay exorbitant amounts of earnest money, obtain financing to close the deal or swing a hammer. A Wholesaler's job is to find, negotiate and contract deals and sell those contracts to, typically, flippers, builders, and landlords.
