1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges
Kyle Williams, Senior Vice President of Velocity 1031, joins us for a discussion on 1031 exchanges.
Unlock a powerful wealth-building tool by learning to leverage IRS Code Section 1031. This provision allows investors to defer capital gains taxes by reinvesting sale proceeds into "like-kind" replacement properties, such as swapping vacant land for a rental house or moving from a single-family home to a multi-family property. Kyle Williams graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Political Science and History. He has been a part of literally thousands of 1031s and has seen just about everything. He enjoys working with brokers, CPAs, attorneys, wealth managers, investors, and all other real estate professionals.

• Registration is now open! This meeting is available to REIA Members and Non-Members with registration.
• Prepayment Required. This meeting is complimentary for REIA Members with registration. Guests will be billed $25 for the Non-Member Event Fee at the email address within your registration. Payments are due no later than 11:00 AM on meeting day and may be fully applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or before the meeting.
• Tuesday, February 17th. Registration closes at 1:00 PM.
• Tuesday, February 17th. All event fees are payable no later than 2:00 PM. Sorry, we do not accept payment of Event Fees at the meeting.

Guests are welcome and attend for $25 with registration, all of which may be applied to a REIA Membership when joining at or prior to the meeting. A payment link will be sent by email to those registered and have an event fee owing.
