About Our Speaker
Todd Britsch is the Chief Market Risk Officer at Level Capital, LLC (formerly Cyan Funding).where he plays a key role in risk management, assesses new markets and monitors the health of their current lending markets. His unique expertise assists Level Capital's clients in navigating the ever-changing housing market.
He founded New Home Trends, is an author at Builder Magazine and frequently opines for news outlets. He has spoken for real estate investors, subdivision builders, multiple building associations, banks, title companies, the Washington State Appraisal Institute, the Risk Management Association and the Washington State Finance Committee.
Todd has spent nearly 20 years creating custom reporting services within the real estate industry and consulted with builders, developers, lenders and other industry professionals. He has long been considered the voice and forecaster for the real estate community in the Pacific Northwest. Todd's goal is protecting builders and other real estate investors from making critical mistakes in the ever-changing housing market, a goal that has well benefited many REIA Members over many years, with our appreciation.
